Stephanie L. Cullins
Executive Director

Stephanie Cullins is a dedicated nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience. Throughout her career, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated a passion for community engagement, effective fundraising, and strategic communications. In the last decade, Stephanie has served at a variety of organizations such as the CJ Foundation for SIDS, Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan NJ, and the Robert Schalkenbach Foundation. She has also founded a small yoga-based nonprofit named Yoga Gives and sat on the board of the NJ Coalition against Sexual Assault as the Fund Development Chair. Stephanie is also a graduate of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University- Newark where she received her Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management in 2016. She is also a William Paterson University alumnus, who spent time from 2009-2013 at Eastside High School working with students, studied the history of Paterson and New Jersey, and identifies as a first-generation American and college graduate descending from immigrant parents from Uruguay.

Stephanie is excited and grateful to bring her talents back to Paterson; where her focus will be to lead a small but mighty staff, expand community engagement, build equitable programs through expansive funding opportunities, and shine a bright light on the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park within the City, State and Nation.

 

Arlety Del Pino
Partnership & Program Manager

Arlety is an experienced community outreach and project manager. Prior to her most recent position as Senior Project Manager with Columbia University Medical Center ICAP Global Health, she led food rescue operations across four counties in North New Jersey with Table to Table, onboarding, training, and coordinating a team of over 400 volunteers. While with Covenant House International, she provided operational support to staff providing multidisciplinary services to homeless children and youth across 4 countries in Latin America, and has worked with Planned Parenthood International, the United Nations International Computing Center, and CAI Global. She holds a BA in Spanish from Montclair State University, a Masters of Public Health from Rutgers University, and a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University.

 

Estrella Quiñones
Administrative Assistant

Estrella is a fast learner and self-starter who has previously worked at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home and Lincoln Park Health Care Campus in multiple administrative capacities. She has been with HPP since March 2024. Estrella holds a certification in Human Resources and incorporates her multifaceted skills in her household operations, as a small business owner, and at HPP as the Administrative Assistant.
